Women and Var

My wife is wanting to try Var. I told her I would check on here with you girls to see what you have to say about it. I'm not sure of her weight, she's not fat, she's black (mixed) so she's got that booty, but unfortunately genetics is working against her. I told her that 10mg a day for about 6 weeks would be ideal, she also is thinking of running Trex with it to burn some extra fat while hardening. My question to all you ladies is should she split her 10mg tab in half or take it all at once, and in what proximity to working out? Thanks for the help!

Stats?
Diet?
Training?

We really hesitate to give advice without those. Sorry. :)

If her diet is not clean and her training program is not solid, then her results will be so-so. SHe needs to make sure those are in place before venturing into the world of AAS. Have you or her read the 2 stickies at the top of this board? She needs to know EXACTLY what she is signing up for before taking anything.

Without knowing specifics, I can't endorse her doing this. But if you/she is gung ho about it, then.....

She can start at 5mg, after a few weeks, bump up to 10mg. 6 weeks is pretty short for a female. Females take such lower doses of Var, often, they are better off going longer. Also depends on their diet, training, rest, habits, and type of Var.

Var has a half life of 8-9 hours, so is typically best split up into 2 doses. As for near trainign tiem, I don't think that really matters much in the whole scheme of things.

Thanks Daisy for the reply. I've been around here for a while and have learned a lot from the mens side of things, but know very little about the womens side. My wife is 27, 5'8", and weighs ?? (less than me) I'm guessing at around 140. She's been doing mostly cardio for the last 3 years usually 3 times a week, sometimes 4. She does very little with weights but opts for the cable machines. I know she doesn't eat as often as she should, but she eats pretty well. She just wants to tone up and lose some excess bf. I've read some good things from some of the EF ladies about Var, and Thermorexin. I personally love Var and thought it could help her out. I really appreciate any additional help.

Sounds like the biggest benefit will be from getting her to start training HARD with weights and eating clean, very high in protein. She will probably see MAJOR results then. Eating a CLEAN diet, high in lean protein, moderate carb (mostly fibrous) and moderate healthy fat will do WONDERS for her body. Until she has a clean diet and a solid, heavy weight training routine down, she will see minimal GOOD results with Var.

Var doesn't seem to be the answer here - cleaning up her diet and training should be the place you start.

I personally love Var, but it wasn't until I cleaned up my diet and started training better that I started seeing results. That should be the base of her training grogram, not AAS.

IF ANYTHING, she could use T-Rex. But that also requires a heaping amount of water! :)
