I'm currently on the Atkins diet and have been very successful. I still have roughly 8 lbs to go but I noticed yesterday that during my step/weights aerobic class I petered out quicker than I normally do. I roughly get about 45 grams of carbs a day to stay in ketosis. I'm not ready to convert to CKD yet but can you recommend a healthy dose of carbs to chow down on before my workout? I was so wiped out after that class....
