Winny Diet

I doing my Winny Cutting cycle right now doing 50mg ED but I'm wondering if my meal plan is right.. I know High protien, moderate fats, and good carbs but jsut looking for some suggestions

heres my meals:

Meal 1: Whole Grain Ceral - non fat milk
Meal 2: Tuna on Whole wheat bread/ low carb
Meal 3: Low carb Protien bar
Meal 4: Chicken Breast
Meal 5: protien shake

Sometimes varies in brakfast with eggwhites..I also liek to snack on Cashews.. good protien and low in fats.. but is cheese really bad for a cutting cycle because its low in carbs but higher in fats.. I guess my problem is snacking.. any thoughts

My experience...... keep the carbs to a minimum. As low as possible while still giving your brain some energy. Cut out the fat too. (Yeah I know it's tough).

Try Straight Tuna with miracle whip (little fat)
Chicken w/ Italian seasoning
Eggs no yolk
liver
flank steak
95% ground meat
etc.

what are yer stats?

This looks like a diet a cheerleader would eat. You need to eat. The way I am reading this for meal 1 you eat a bowl of cereal. Meal 2 is a tuna sandwich. 3 is a candy bar. 4 a piece of chicken. 5 a shake. I understand you are trying to get lean but you need to have a better meal plan.

Well thats why I'm askin for suggestions for a meal plan.. stats?? I was 172 before I started the winny now I'm 184 on my 3rd week.. I have about a 33in waist 5" 9".. and its not a candy bar.. Its a Nitro Tech Protien Bar thats low carb.. I know I have to eat but I figured 5 meals was enough and still get lean.. would other foods should I have and how many more or less of them should I have
 
I would try to add a sixth meal I like six a day, keeps the fire burning.
How about your stats.....how much protien are you trying to get ?, what are your total cal's ? the goal is to keep the muscle and strip the fat, Winny will not keep the muscle by it's self you need the proper fuel also. also drop the Bar use good quality food. Chicken yams, brown rice etc.

Not to flame ya but keep reading check out the diet and nutrition board lots of good info their.

Well this cycle is a cutting cycle but I have a little extra fat that I want to lose not much jsut about 5lbs worth but still keeping muscle.. but I feel if I add in another carb meal its gonna be to many carbs as is right now im geting about 140g in protien
 
Your diet needs lots of work. Whoever said to cut the fats doesn't know what they are talking about. You need good fat to burn fat. This is not 1985 people! There is plenty of scientific data that shows this.
