Will I be ready 5 weeks from now? *pic*

Hi,

I've been training and dieting towards a show for the last 13 weeks. I started around 208 and now I'm 183. I am aiming for an upcoming bodybuilding show May 2. I don't want to embarrass myself if I'm not ready. Do you think I look 5 weeks away yet? I would be competing in Novice 176lb.

awesome progress, what did u diet and cardio and training look like, any steroids or fat burners?
 
My current cycle is:
1g Test
1g EQ

The last 4 weeks I'm going to run 700mg Winny and 525mg Tren A (have limited supply of these so saving for last month)

My diet is extremely restrictive, less than 40 carbs a day at this point. I am not a naturally lean guy...I used to be a cross country/track runner in college and was 5'11" 140 and NEVER saw my abs so I am happy personally with where I am just not sure I'm ready for bodybuilding.

No protein shakes, all from food. 2.5 pounds a day of meat which is almost always 96% lean ground beef (fuck chicken!)

As for training I train almost every day, not a ton of cardio because the weight loss has gone pretty well without it and have wanted to keep it to a few days a week until I'm totally stuck. I used to lift real heavy, backed off a little bit and keep things in the 10-12 rep range.
 
That's awesome bro!

Even if you don't dial in as tight and as lean as you wish(we all hope to be ridiculously shredded), I would still compete. Get in the experience. In 5 weeks though, with the tren and winny, you should be able to get pretty freakin lean. You look great so far!

i know 1g Test/1g EQ is a lot of gear. I really am planning on a year or more off of steroids after this show so I figured it was ok. ive done my blood work, everything is fine. somehow on 2g of gear a week my blood pressure is better than before i started. probably lack of carbs and no water retention is helping.

the only lame thing thats happened is all my lifts are drastically down from losing so much weight.

anyway thanks again everyone for the nice words

Yep, focu on the WIN bro.

Your strength will sky rocket once you start bingeing carbs again post-comp.
 
Yo man, I'm fairly new to these forums but I got to hand it to you, seeing those pictures of you is insanely encouraging. It makes me want to bulk up until the point of implosion, and then lean up. You look absolutely impeccable! Whether or not you win, you did one hell of a job. Keep it up, and best of luck to you.

Yesterday weighed in at 180 when I woke up so considering my weight class is 176.25 and under, I think I'm pretty much on weight because I plan on drying out at least 4 pounds worth of water. Obviously I'm happy to keep losing weight and come in around 172-173

Great!!! When I saw the first pic I was thinking there's no way this guy will be ready even if he's 18 weeks out. Second pic flipped my script. Great job! Go for it man. I know the guy that won a big show here locally and I think with a little more leaning you could have tken him. He was also in the lightweight novice. Go get em, and post your diet. How many cal deficit?
 
UPDATE

3.5 weeks to go

The lighting isnt quite as favorable as my last update and I haven't been tanning in a month so that's starting to fade but overall I think I'm still improving a little. I am at 180-181 pounds right now when I wake up in the morning so I feel like I can make the weight class no problem. I am starting my 75mg/day of tren today to finish this thing out right.

I had a couple days where I had NO energy and had to carb up to survive but I did it mostly with oatmeal and now I'm back to a highly carb restrictive diet. I work 10 hour days on my feet so I haven't been able to do as much cardio as I'd like but I'm slowly burning calories all day so I think that helps. I will definitely be finding the time for the cardio everyday this last few weeks.

Believe me I know I've got a lot of work to do, but I'm starting to feel this great sense of accomplishment from having stuck to this for so long (sure a couple slip ups but by in large I've been really dedicated). Novice division 176, here I come!

That is the exact physique that I am trying to attain. I have been eating mostly real food too, but tons of chicken breast, brown rice, sweet potatos, oats. Maybe I should cut back on the carbs a bit though to accelerate fatloss.

You running any fatburners (eca, clen, t3, etc)?

Congratulations man. The Tren and Winni should make you even more ridiculous than you are now. Goodluck at the comp brother.

F...G hell man. Great body and transformation. This is how i want to be to be honest slim and muscular not bulk up. Very nice indeed!! But, anyone have this kind of transformation and physique without doing any steroids just with fat burners? i doubt it to be honest. what do you think?

i no a few friends who are using t5s ever heard of them? there fat burners they work, there loosing pounds every day gettin shreaded,

My plan is to take the summer off of the diet (honestly I just work too much to be on this strict of a diet) and map out a long term plan to move up to 198 pounds for competitions.

I don't think my transformation is possible without drugs in any short of normal time frame. There may be guys it's possible for but I'm not a muscular guy by nature.

Early in the cycle I ran T3 and Clen from Ag-guys but I had both tested and both were 100% FAKE. I have recently been running lipo 6 but that's really for the energy. I serve tables 50 hours a week and run my own quick service restaurant so I'm on my feet a ton and the energy sometimes isn't there without it.

Next time I'll get some human grade clen and t3.

Thank you so much for the nice words, trust me at this point I'm not letting up until this thing is over. Last night I was questioning whether 10 egg whites were ok right before bed...that's when you know you're going crazy :)

After reading some of this, I have two questions that I didn't see covered. How many calories are you eating everyday (has it changed as you've dropped fat) and are you taking any pre-workout carbs (like a small dose of malto or dextrose or something - 30-50g). That was three questions wasn't it.

My calories at the beginning of the diet were probably 1700-1900 a day and I believe in tossing in 800 calorie days every so often (no more than once a week) so I've been doing that since the beginning. I now eat about 900-1000 calories most days and maybe throw in a 1600 calorie day every week when I feel like crying lol. I know this sounds very restrictive but I was working with a short time frame!

I don't adjust my eating for pre/post workout, something I should work on as I go forward.
 
Yea for a long time I had access to a hydrostatic body fat testing tank and I've maintained all my muscle mass from the beginning, the first few weeks I actually gained but since then it's been dead steady. So people ask why I took so much gear...well there you go. When I bulk again I'll use like 250 test, 50mg/day of drol...for me I need a big dose to cut and hold on to everything
 
Makes sense bro, that a great effort. Im on 300mg test 600 mg EQ right now on a deficit. I was doing great till last week till I got a dise of Salmonella and lost a shit l;oead of weight.

Just wanted to update that the diet I'm going to run next week.
1.4 pounds 96% lean beef
12 egg whites

These pounds are stubborn it's going to take some serious no carbing to make weight without drying out big time.

my 1 negative opinion: way too much gear for someone so small. 2 grams? totally unnnecessary.
