i know 1g Test/1g EQ is a lot of gear. I really am planning on a year or more off of steroids after this show so I figured it was ok. ive done my blood work, everything is fine. somehow on 2g of gear a week my blood pressure is better than before i started. probably lack of carbs and no water retention is helping.

the only lame thing thats happened is all my lifts are drastically down from losing so much weight.

anyway thanks again everyone for the nice words

Yep, focu on the WIN bro.

Your strength will sky rocket once you start bingeing carbs again post-comp.
 
Yo man, I'm fairly new to these forums but I got to hand it to you, seeing those pictures of you is insanely encouraging. It makes me want to bulk up until the point of implosion, and then lean up. You look absolutely impeccable! Whether or not you win, you did one hell of a job. Keep it up, and best of luck to you.

Yesterday weighed in at 180 when I woke up so considering my weight class is 176.25 and under, I think I'm pretty much on weight because I plan on drying out at least 4 pounds worth of water. Obviously I'm happy to keep losing weight and come in around 172-173

Great!!! When I saw the first pic I was thinking there's no way this guy will be ready even if he's 18 weeks out. Second pic flipped my script. Great job! Go for it man. I know the guy that won a big show here locally and I think with a little more leaning you could have tken him. He was also in the lightweight novice. Go get em, and post your diet. How many cal deficit?
 
UPDATE

3.5 weeks to go

The lighting isnt quite as favorable as my last update and I haven't been tanning in a month so that's starting to fade but overall I think I'm still improving a little. I am at 180-181 pounds right now when I wake up in the morning so I feel like I can make the weight class no problem. I am starting my 75mg/day of tren today to finish this thing out right.

I had a couple days where I had NO energy and had to carb up to survive but I did it mostly with oatmeal and now I'm back to a highly carb restrictive diet. I work 10 hour days on my feet so I haven't been able to do as much cardio as I'd like but I'm slowly burning calories all day so I think that helps. I will definitely be finding the time for the cardio everyday this last few weeks.

Believe me I know I've got a lot of work to do, but I'm starting to feel this great sense of accomplishment from having stuck to this for so long (sure a couple slip ups but by in large I've been really dedicated). Novice division 176, here I come!
