NATURAL

Protein per day = 290
Carbs per day = 190
Fat per day = 42 from Flax seed oil, Plus what ever comed from my lean meats and eggs etc.

each meal is like
50g pro
30g carbs
10g fat
47% 31% 21%
So He basically has me eating a minimum of 2500calories. Not including extra fats from the above mentioned.

Gonna do this for about 5 weeks see how it goes.
Ive been eating alot of food now and bulked from 212 at 9% - 224 at 14%
so you see I gained just fat. My lean body weigh stayed at 193lbs each time. Oh well... you learn..

Im going to give it a go...

That looks pretty good steelheart. I am unclear as to why you gained nothing but fat during your bulking fase. What did you eat, and did you train properly??
 
It could be wrong, maybe my measurements were off.

I feel fuller and stronger then ever. But maybe I feel fuller cause Im full of creatine and fat.

I dont look fat, this is a good weight for me, but after seeingthis guys pics after his cycle he was cut. I want to be cut now. Not ripped just more muscular.
