You need more variety, When's your last meal? How many cals. do you get? Sounds like you're under stress too. Get some carbs, real carbs. They'll relax you, allowing you to sleep better. Are you a low carber? What are your goals that you're eating like this? Eating every 3-4 hours and you can't understand why this is...Start doing some reading on circadian rhythm, our sleep/wake cycle. Start doing some reading on biological clocks--our organs have inner clocks (they are active and inactive too. Not just when you sleep either). You need to get to know how a metabolism works. Educate yourself a bit and then start adding to your diet. I would think this wake-up call means to add some oats, yams, rice, etc. Good luck.
