N nietzsche247 New member Jan 23, 2005 #1 about 2 hours my workouts i seriously crave sugar (candy).. I don’t want to eat it but i crave it bad.. Is it an imbalance of some sort or is it all physiological?

N nietzsche247 New member Jan 25, 2005 #3 yea i thought of that to.. Been getting all my carbs in.. I solved the problem by eating oranges. It seemed to do the trick. thanks though.

eat big New member Jan 25, 2005 #5 post workout your body needs simple sugars. hence why you crave them. also if your cutting that should be just about the only time you eat fruit.
