Why can't I lose fat?

My diet consists of:

Breakfast: 4 Weetbix, banana, protein shake, green tea and orange juice
Snack: Protein bar and a piece of fruit
Lunch: Sandwich and milk
Snack: Eggs or tuna
Dinner: Chicken breast and vegetables or something similar
Bedtime: Protein shake

I literally eat NO junk food and I don't think my diet is fattening at all!

Also my exercise regime consists of 5 cardio sessions and 2 weights sessions a week.

I push myself extremely hard when I exercise and I am always very sweaty when I get off the treadmill.

Can someone help me understand why I am not losing fat at a desirable rate? How can I increase my metabolism or enter an acceptable fat burning zone?

Thankyou

first off you need more food intake than what you are getting in , also no exercise or cardio ? what is your bmr ? need more info to help you out ,
but in my situation i wasnt eating enought and wasnt eating 5 times a day
once i got the diet clean ,and did cardio and lifting i started to lose the weight , give us some more info to help you out diet ? exercise ? and your bmr

it sounds like your bodys in starvation mode ?

Well currently I am about 81kg 181cm tall and 16 years of age. My wrist size is extremely small so I believe that I am an ectomorph so it strikes me as odd as why I can't seem to lose the excess fat around my waist and butt. An ectomorphic teenager should have no trouble losing weight.

I am definitely not fat and I would probably put my BF between 15-17% but I would like to get down to about 10% for the new year.

My exercise consists of 20 minute runs and compound exercise based strength training. So far I am still making gains in the gym but my BF level doesn't seem to be decreasing.

This is easy.

Get rid of every bit of fast carbo ... sugar, fruit, flour or grain based. Pig out on colorful veggies, and meat/fish/fowl.

You'll see the change in 48 hours. Stored water and fat will fall off.

Do not overtrain. 30 minutes light cardio before the weights 3 times a week. Sleep and take an afternoon nap.

The result? Less fat, more muscle and better blood chemistry.

I'd also add you might need some more fat in your diet. Good fat like fish and flax oil. Good for the body and for test levels. More test = more muscle.
