While on, how much protein do you eat?

think of it this way, 3 times a day, besides my food, I go with a shake like this:

200 g protein (whey is fine, usually I use an egg white protein)
this combo
-> note I stick to proteinfactory ALL the time, they are GOOD and always come to any place I want fast!
5 Tbsp. ANPB
Splenda (I like it sweet ;))
fat free ice cream (4 cups)
sugar free syrup about 3 tbsp.
Vanilla rice milk (about 2-3 cups)
and water
add fruit (to liking)

I can't drink regular milk anymore due to my stomach/stress etc... long story.

Take that shake 3 times a day, that's 600g protein, the rest is in your food.

P.S. no this shake is NOT that large, about a few cups when mixed, it sounds big but if you put some light fruits etc.. it's actually like a milk shake. ->don't forget to blend

You are my new hero. I'm going to have to try that shake. I have never used protein from protein factory but I was thinking of ordering. What is your favorite flavor and sweetener? Do you think that you get better results from the egg white protein than you would get from the whey?
 
as much as i can absorb at any given time depending on my weight, training schedule, goals and lifestyle at the moment

which generally is anywhere from 250-750 from milk, whole eggs and steak primarily

ill use SOME whey but it just gives me the shits, and i dont beleive much of the protien in veges or chicken is utilized that well so i avoid those
