Where to find new workout routines

I was using the old Weider system, then the 'Starting Strength' program for a month, then a GREAT circuit training routine that a friend gave me for a month, which was a 6 day routine (with only cardio being done on the 6th day). Had great gains with the last one, after plateauing for ages. My friend doesn't seem to be too interested in helping me out with anymore routines, and I need to change it up. Just wondering where to look for good routines I can try that I can count on? I am ideally looking for 5-6 days is ideal.

I should also mention I am cutting and trying to get as ripped and as lean as possible by summer. Currently 5'11, 190, 18% body fat (although I can't see how I could possibly be THIS high).

Diet dictates how much fat you will lose not training. Cardio helps but if you eat garbage you will still look like shit. 30 days on any routine isnt long enough to give it a fair run. The routine doesnt really matter. You constantly need to keep your body guessing to continue to grow. Instead of switching routines try rotating exercises and rep ranges every 3 weeks within the same routine. For example instead of always doing 3 sets if 10 do 3 sets of 8 with heavier weight or higher reps and lighter weight. The key to progressing is learning your body and constantly challenging it. But also knowing when to back off.
