age 36; switched to 6-8 meals a day, went from 305lbs of fat to 210lbs, at 5'10".

it was the best way to get my metabolism going, and i still continue this 5 years later...

I need to hear some real world experiences from people about when they decided to eat 6-8 times a day on a very consistent basis.

while many who know preach the 6 meals a day, the "full of shitters" also preach it.

Thanks
One of the biggest and best things that I noticed was that my body temp stayed elevated more often while digesting the food...That is a good thing in the winter, and better for fat loss while cutting.

Also, I felt less tired...mainly because I would gorge on food during my 3 squares and feel like shit, then when it would digest, I was hungry while waiting for the next meal, I felt more lethargic.

Lastly, it is a lot easier to get the protien amount that I want with 6 meals than with 3.

I changed mine about 10yrs ago and it only took a few weeks for me to see this was the right way for me. I eat 10 times a day and have been for the last 2 yrs!!! It takes me more time to plan my diet than my cycles!!
this is how it should be... good work bro!...

It wasn't so much just changing to six meals but making the switch to healthy, whole foods and sensible macros as well. Getting everything working together is what triggered a good metabolic response and staying that way just increases the efficiency of the machine.
I'd have to say one other difference is I just can't eat as much at one sitting as I used to. Decimating buffets and inhaling pizzas are a thing of the past. It's way easier to stay relatively clean.
