Just checking to see what the bf% of the average elite member is. I'm personally 15% @205lbs which is a little high. Looking for a good number to shoot for(0 would be ideal but not possible).
Ruthless, I know its a little high didn't think it was "too f##king high". I'm working on it but not looking forward to losing size and muscle. Would doing light cardio, as opposed to none, allow me to lose the fat slowly w/o muscle loss?
Winny, I think dyster meant that his bf was too high. Cardio is very good for burning fat, actually how else would you lose fat?? unless you are on dnp or clen or something but even then you should do cardio for fat loss.
