If you HAVE to try it, go to the store and by the store's generic version of Prep H. It's the exact same thing. It reduces swelling in the skin. The only people who benefit from cutting gel are serious builders who already have low bodyfat. It's for show preparation (no pun intended) only. Beyond that, you're wasting your money.
