My heaviest one for bulking was, 988 calories, 65g of protein. bloat bloat bloat!
2 cups of milk - 300 cals, 16 protein
2 scoops of n-large - 300 cals, 26 protein
2 tbsp of peanut butter - 200 cals, 8 protein
1 tbsp of flax seed oil - 120 cals
1 heaping tbsp of g-plenish - 68 cals, 15 protein
To me it tastes great! But I am never doing it again, took about 2 hours to fully digest.
