On shoulders day, I also do my traps. While doing my shoulders, and by the end, my traps are bulging. They look great. Then I start shurgs. After strictly working the traps, they are not pumped anymore. They seem to actually go down in size during and after my traps workouts. Im not to worried because my neck is always killing me the next day, but whats the deal with this? Shouldnt shrugs give my traps a nice bulge?
