Depends on what you like. Go to a specialty grocer and see what you prefer. I think Spain and where Eyetalians are from has the best personally.

Udo's choice seems to be the best of everything you need, but ehh, I don't need the best. That's why Smurfy is my friend.

get a combo oil (or make your own) with at least a 2:1 (preferably 3:1) ratio of omega 3's to omega 6/9. Fish oil is a must. No substitutions IMO.

Artemis is grown on a small farm, it is organic (and expensive) but worth the price if you can find it.
