Udo's choice seems to be the best of everything you need, but ehh, I don't need the best. That's why Smurfy is my friend.

get a combo oil (or make your own) with at least a 2:1 (preferably 3:1) ratio of omega 3's to omega 6/9. Fish oil is a must. No substitutions IMO.

I remember reading an article that claimed most olive oil label claims are fake. Apparently there is huge profits to be made selling someone a $15 bottle of canola oil labeled as olive oil. I would not buy any discount brand and definitely not any walmart/sams club brand knowing the way they do business. I usually buy Bertolli lite if I am taking it by the spoonful. EVOO is way to harsh for me to drink straight up. If you are looking for a good fish oil supp I would get Carlson's Finest Lemon flavored oil. That stuff is so good you can mix it with some quality vinegar and use it as a salad dressing.

You could taste it certainly.

I think this is one of the advantages of being in Europe, there is a choice of all sorts of olive oils, from Tuscany, Italian, Greek, Spanish, and they do all taste different.

Can you get Bertolli's in the US?

Clearspring and Meridian always sell quality foods as well.
