Say someone is like 210-220 at 9%bf and wants to drop to 3-4% bf for a compitition. Pending his diet is clean, and he gets enough protein, watches carb n fat intake, what would be a simple cycle that could help attain this while maintaining the most muscle? Say he has about 10-12 weeks.
