What would be a good but simple cutting cycle for compitition?

Say someone is like 210-220 at 9%bf and wants to drop to 3-4% bf for a compitition. Pending his diet is clean, and he gets enough protein, watches carb n fat intake, what would be a simple cycle that could help attain this while maintaining the most muscle? Say he has about 10-12 weeks.

Im doin this to learn, and for possible future reference. Karma to all that can help me out with some decent info.:)
 
Hmm, I'm bored so I'll take a stab. How bout:

1-12 100mg tren ED
1-10 100mg prop ED (or 1g of enathat or cyp till week 9)
7-12 50mg IM winny ED (maybe 5-12)
2-7 up to 75-100mcg t3 (tapered up and down)
7-12 12.5mcg t3
1-14 1mg ana or 2.5mg letro ED
1-12 good ECA or NYC stack

you'd have to talk to competitors about diuretics and shit though.

A bit of EQ 1-9 or halo the last few weeks wouldn't hurt either, but trying to keep it simple and cheap:)

Obviously if you can afford growth now would be the time to use it too.
 
lol that definatly wasnt simple, but thanx for the effort. you deserve the karma for takin the time to put that togeather. maybe when im more advanced, il be able to understand it. haha
 
wk 1-10 tren 75mg ED
wk 1-10 prop 100mg EOD
wk 6-10 winny 50 mg ED

simple but would help... of course it's 90% diet when you are shredding.

haha, it's simple, the t3, ECA, and anti-e in there make it look sorta complicated, but it's only tren/prop/winny

I think you might find you need the t3 to get into shape that fast, maybe you don't. If not maybe something like:

1-12 150mg tren ED
5-12 50mg IM winny ED

with appropriate anti-e's, ECA stack, flax oil, ALA, milk thistle, etc...

How's that for simple? ;)
 
hmmm ur right. lol. So far, it looks like tren, prop, and winny are the best for cutting cycles. Why exactly are these 3 the best? Can anyone explain?

Because these AAS's, promote muscle hardenss, vascularity and very little water retention - ideal conditions in competion.
 
Im just using this as a way to learn. It seems to be working, tryin to put togeather different kinds of cycles and learn about why things are done a certain way, how some compliment others, etc...

I am in fact competing though, naturally of course, in a non tested compitition so il probably get crushed. It is a teen division on the other hand, and im not bad. 4 weeks out as of saturday. Wish me luck.

When i get to the next level, where il need all these cutting cycles, il have the knowledge to use them correctly and effectively.
