I came down with something in the last two days and it's pretty bad. It's mostly in my chest. So on top of preping for my show in April (training and on cutting diet) which makes me tired as it is, now I'm sick on top of it. Should I keep up the training, keep it on the lighter side, or take the next few days off to get better. I'm 8 weeks out and don't want to jeopardize my comp in any way...thoughts?...Sick MILFY!!!!!
