started at gym Nov 14th 2001,Im a male 41yrs old.5ft 9"
Starting weight was 220lb 38" waist.Now I weight 170lb 31" waist.i work oput 6 days a week,one hour per day very early am after waking up.I do 30min weight training and then 30min cardio.I do 3 sets for each body part 6-8 reps heavy weight.I do no more than two body parts per day.
my diet is roughly 3 egg whts on wheat for breakfast,and bannana.lunch chicken w/salad or veg,dinner pretty much same as lunch.I also have three protein shakes a day totaling 150gr protein with flaxseed oil.I also take andro stack 850..
I look pretty good ,show descent definition,cube show slightly when relaxed..
What do I do now to add more muscle and show more abs with out putting on fat?
