what to do for low natty test after cycle

hi im 42 yrs old .have done many dbol only cycles .and 3 inj test e 12 weekers .off cycle my test has twice been checked in the last 18months at only 330 ..i usually gain 10-12lbs of my test e dbol cycle ..but after pct i always lose it all ...i have tried many pcts,,,,
clomid and nolva
sustain alpha .and nolva
i eat well and train hard in pct ,take creatine and phtyo test after pct..still go back down to 185lbs .from 197 on cycle..
so should i consider blast crusing for 9 months and just have 3 montHs of a yr?
0r instead of pct aFTER MY 12 WEEK CYcLE WHAT IF I RUN DERMACRINE FOR 8 WEEKS THEN GO BACK ON ?
 
both are an option ...im sick of losing all gains ...and at my age i doubt i could get my natty levels up permanently.
 
would sarms s4 be the way to help me keep my gains ???
Sarms would be one option. Ive read lots of good stuff about it. There is a EF thread here:

Another option would be to run low dose of anavar as a bridge between cycles to keep some of the gains.

How much test e are you doing when you run it? What are your stats?

Also does your diet stay consistent whether on or off and is it in check or shit?

What about training - do you still train hard when off cycle or do you have trouble recovering?

Also do you run any hcg or proviron when on cycle?

IMO you may be losing your gains in part because your natty test is so low. If you can do some things to get that up, but still cycle, I think you wld see more of the gains stay with you.

i usually run 500mgs for 12 weeks with dbol kicker.
im 5ft8,,,185lbs,14pc bodyfat.
diet on cycle is 3500 cals,250g protien,100g fat
diet off cycle 3200 cals,200g protien,100g fat.
training is 5x5 for 8 weeks ,,then 4sets of 6-8 reps for 8 wks ,then 4 sets of 10-15 reps for 8 wks...rinse and repeat
no hcg on cycle ,take 1000ius eod for 10 days pree pct.tried proviron on cycle once at 25mg per day ...
