I woke up this morning and I had sharp pains in my lower back...I cannot tell what the hell it is, it is vertical and almost feels like it is the Erector, but I haven't done back in 4 days.
It wasn't there before I went to bed last night, but when I woke up it was there as soon as I went to make a shake. Felt it worse when I breathed in. It's been hurting on and off now since I woke up, I got home from class and hit the gym to do arms and it seems ok, any idea what this is?
It doesn't quite feel like the erector because it's not far enough back, it feels a couple inches in. I hope it's not my kidney, and I don't think it would be as I'm not running anything that is harmful to the kidneys, plus I drink around a gallon of water a day.
I have no medical insurance and about 110 bucks to my name, mostly which needs to be spend on groceries for the house so going to the Doctor is not an option. Could it be that I just slept in a weird position or something?
