What temperature do you cook a steak at on an electric stove?

I'll sometimes use a cast iron skillet and sear the steak, but I like it raw inside. You're best with medium low, depending on the cut and thickness.

Steak on an electric stove? WTF? If you're not going to grill it you might as well chop it up and feed it to your dog when you're done cooking it. . .Philistine!

if you're going to use an electric at least get a griddle with the grill markings so it kinda taste bbqed
