What is your favorite cheat food??

If we are talking dessert I am a fan of banana flavoured stuff. pie, pudding, ice cream. banana and chocolate, pure heaven.
 
Oh my! I am salivating. lol Isn't it cool how Chocolate just does a body good. haha. I am not a chocoholic, but if I do eat chocolate it has to be Dark choco or I don't need it.

But I'm really craving chocolate now...I guess because I can't have it. But after Sat, I can! Woohoo!

Chocolate doesn't necessarily have to be a cheat though. Cacao itself actually carries a lot of legitimate health benefits and has essentially zero sugar. I mostly eat it for the theobromine (the love drug). Pure cacao has so much of it the effect is immediate and really pronounced. It's the theobromone that makes us crave chocolate, and you can get it w/o eating any sugar.

You ladies might try this:

To get just enough sugar to knock off a bit of the bitter edge, but still have a very decent GI you could try an 88% cacao bar. I recommend Dolfin because it's not wrapped in foil. Essentially every high cacao bar made now unfortunately has an inner wrapper of foil. You really don't want to eat high cacao chocolate bars with foil next to the bar because the high acidity will leach aluminum out of the foil. You'll end up consuming significant quantities of aluminum over time. Not good.

And yeah those things are good. If only they didn't add so much damn sugar.

No kidding, I had one once and almost barfed/passed out. Ugh.
 
macaroni and cheese...full stop...all time favorite cheat food

I can eat it until I get close to sick from it..oh and for some weird reason...spaghettios


you know? I was thinkin about this the other day...when I was effortlessly thin and fairly well muscled my diet consisted of almost exclusively carbs

things like fruit, mac n cheese, spaghettios, pasta with no sauce just parm cheese and butter


weird...fml


carbs and ham and cheese sandwiches are like the only things I can handle for fewds right now too :(
