i need some serious help. my left pec is getting bigger then my right, it has been a little bit bigger now for a couple of years but its getting very noticeable now. its driving me crazy and most of the time when i work out chest my left one gets a better pump maybee because its a little bigger and more blood flow i dont know. all i do is dumbells so i dont understand it and now i trying so hard to fix my right pec my right arm is getting a little bigger, its like my pecs contract diff, my left comes up when i flex but my right goes down. the side pose is where you can tell the most, and the problem is my upper pec towards my shoulder, thats where the size diff is. also my left pec that is the bigger one is always tight, like i need to stretch it. I really need some advice, is this common with bb's, is this normal what do i do????

Me too. I had a little gyno setting in a few years back but only on one side of my chest. Most people dont notice it but I can. Dont know how to fix though

It is probably like that because your right arm is stronger than your left. Do you ever find yourself using your arm strength to help you on your chest workout? I know that I used to do that. I'm right handed too. My left pec was better than my right because my left arm wasn't strong enough to take over the movement for my left pec. (does any or this make sense) It makes sense to me because it's in my head. Lower your weights a little and focus on squeezing your pecs, and your pecs only during chest excersizes.

You could always try benching 1 set to failure at a very low weight. Keep it between 250-300 reps.

Pay attention, if you have a mirror, or have a spotter pay attention to your shoulder positioning, the depth and range of your presses etc...to make sure that everything is identical. If it is then it could be that your symmetry is just off, and one builds larger, or is a little smaller so it looks bigger....If this is the case, I would focus on a press machine where you can push with one arm and try to even it out from there, by doing either heavier weights or more reps etc...from there it's touch and go...Bodybuilding's an art, and you have to manipulate yourself to get the end product that is in your mind. PEACE.

I think its coordination difference leading to enhanced hypertophy

also sleep on your back it helps
