I am on day 8 of my diet now and have been in Ketosis since last week monday Aug 18th.
I was planning on carbing up on Wed, but it would be more convenient to do it on sunday if I want to do it right. My energy levels are decent. My concentration is still there. I also added fiber to my diet recently. I have yet to drop out of ketosis since last week and my ketostix are measuring 5mg/dl-40mg/dl
I'm also taking 1200mg-2000mg/day ALA and 800mcg/day of chromium. 1 tspn/day sugar free metamucil.
My diet is on point. Have not missed a workout yet. Carb cravings are in check since i work in a restaurant and still eat 5g carbs/day or less.
Any input would be appreciated. I have a long day on Wed my planned carb up day and I can't afford to get sleepy from carbs which is what happens to me all my life.
It is possible I can do the carb up on Friday or Sunday. sunday will be optimal.
