What is a reasonable goal?

Hi guys,

I'm starting to cut now and am planning to do so for 1 month. What is a realistic goal regarding how much fat I can lose while retaining muscle? Assuming I am doing everything right.

The only fat-loss supplement I am taking is Sida Cordifolia, which contains caffeine and epheda alkaloids. I can feel it, quite a stimulant.

Current stats 5'11.5 185lbs 12-13%bf

Thanks for any replies.
 
For zero fat loss, I'd say it's even less (1-1.5 lbs)... but you're trying to do this in a month, so you should expect some muscle loss (with -2ish lbs / week).

Unless you add some Clen, AAS, or something that will perserve muscle while limiting caloric intake.
