ok, this was my day...
this morning i made me up some tuna....
5 6oz. cans of tuna
5 hard boiled egg whites
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp mustard

well,
for breakfast (post workout) i had 3 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 packet of instant grits

then for my next 5 meals of the day i ate all that tuna i made...4 slices of wheat bread (2 tuna sandwiches).

by the way, my goal is fatloss...could a simple diet like this shed off some pounds..

i'm 5'8 222

I would cut out the wheat bread if you are looking to achieve a ketonic state. Plus, add some fat to that tuna and you'll be on your way to fat-loss.

i plan on getting some flax seed oil as soon as i get the money.

that little bit of bread a day will hurt me that much?

Yes, it will hurt, if you are trying to use a Ketonic diet as a way for maximum fat-loss, then you need to cut the bread out and add some more fats.

but what if i'm not trying to use the ketonic diet....just trying to eat clean.

If you are trying to achieve maximum fat loss as a Ketogenic diet would do for you then bread will hurt you. Even on a regular diet, it won't hurt you much but i would still cut it out. :D
