This is more of an experimental idea, but I'm curious to what some of you think.
Diet:
Around 6,000 kcals daily, consisting mostly of large amounts of ground beef chuck; whole milk; and whey, maltodextrin and coconut-milk shakes. Dessicated liver powder may also be thrown in with the shakes, and bananas, apples and vegetables may be used.
Cycle:
Weeks 1-8: 20mg Dbol in one morning dose
Weeks 1-8: .5mg Arimidex EOD
Weeks 6-8: 25-50mcg T3 in split dosage
PCT:
Weeks 9-10: 100mcg Clen, 1mg ketotifen
Weeks 9-12: 20mg Nolvadex
Training will revolve around heavy deadlifts and other large compound movements. The goal is to gain mass and strength by eating high calories, supplemented by moderate dianabol use. The three weeks of T3 at the end is to keep from worrying about excessive fat gain from all the calories. Standard nolvadex PCT is used, and the clen is to help ease the shock of coming off T3 and dbol.
