What do you guys drink?

Must of you guys drink protein shakes, i do but what about after. Do you drink water, whole milk, skim milk, 2% milk. If you drink water, how many glasses/gallons a day do you drink? Also during your workouts, do you drink water or is that a no-no. Ive seen acouple guys drink after a acouple sets but most dont. Thanks!

i drink mt.dew before training ( carbing up) post workout a margarita ( the sugar replenishes glycogen stores and the alcohol thins the blood for thermogenic effect) throughout the day i sip on beer, strawberry koolaid and high fructose corn syrup. i never ever touch water as it has no taste and bloats the fuck out of me. the drinks i mentioned are flavorful and give me quick jolts of energy. my protein shakes are made from tang and egg protein. hope this helps bro.
 
oh oh oh and parabolic dialectaline juice, it tastes good and its good for ya!!! :)

ya no shit and i disagree with something how can u never drink water your body needs water to run and if ur a BB or anything that involves being muscled up when your muscle breaks down after lifting or working out and it has that feeling of being flexed its water that your body puts into your muscles to build them up

I try to drink a gallon and a half a day of water.
 
yes i do too and to just not drink it is just unhealthy the body needs certain amounts of water to run properly ask any doctor or some one that knows whats going on and i learned this the hard way so if i sound rude or just a plain ass im sorry because i was on cycle and went from 160-170 during football season when i was running and not lifting so much and i was drinking alot of water to not gaining anything lifting 5 days a week with little cardio and then i realized what was wrong and ive gained another 10 pounds this week cause i started drinking a little more water and no its not water weight
 
I drink milk, 6 times a day. And lots of water.
 
I average at least a gallon of water a day. Prob closer to a gallon and a half.

I haven't had milk in a loooong time.
