what do u think for best fat loss and still muscle preservation ...idea

so here's what I was thinking....how about doing this...

Get up in the morning for the gym empty stomach...hit the cardio for 20-30mins

After cardio, But before you lift have your whey protein 50g's along with say something like a banana... Then hit the weights for 1hr 15 then have your post workout shake after the lift...


Was thinking ab this...

I'd suggest that looking at the rest of your diet would be the hey

and i wouldn't recommend weights after a cardio session.. protein and a green apple preworkout.
 
Cardio in the AM. If you can, separate your weights session at least 4 hours apart. I have tried almost every variable and that seems to work the best.

Please clarify the theory behind the apple. I'm guessing its to have some fructose, without much of insulin spike, so that some liver glycogen prevents the body from going catabolic? Is that it or something else.

Would this matter if ur liver wasn't glycogen depleted
