I just started my first cycle (30mg dbol/500mg sust250/300mg deca/wk) and am now wondering what kind of changes I should make to my current routine? This is what I've been doing the last few months:
day 1: chest/forearms
day 2: cardio
day 3: back/biceps
day 4: cardio
day 5: shoulder/triceps
day 6: rest
day 7: legs/calves
Since I'm on gear, would it be possible to workout Mon-Fri while resting on the weekends without overtraining? I'd like to get in 5 workouts a week if possible, and am also trying to figure out a set schedule since my ass couldn't take another leg session two days after getting poked. Also, how much should I increase the total number of sets per session? I'm currently doing two exercises per body part, 3-4 sets each (8, 6, 4, reps). Thanks!
