Weighted dips w/o belt & chain

cross your legs and rest the weight on your feet. It'll work perfectly. That's what I did when I didn't have a belt. Hope this helps.

Bingo. That's the only thing my weight belt gets used for now. Costs about $2 for enough chain.

You can take some chain and a clip...and make it work.

The rope idea would work well. Alternatively you could put weight in a backpack.
