I just started the 12 week Max-OT program from AST. They have weighted dips finishing up the chest workout with 2 sets doing only 4-6 reps.
The problem is, I don't have a way to add weight to the dips. I don't have access to the weight belt with the chain on it that people normally use.
Is there another method of adding weight to dips other than using the belt and chain?
