Ok guys ive been trying for a while to put on as much mass as i can. My metabolism is so fast its been hard for me. I eat clean and a lot i just need some help on what time to eat each food for best results. For example what foods for breakfast, preworkout, postworkout, lunch, dinner, meal after dinner, and before bed. These are the foods ill be eating because i like them most. If you have any foods to add in im willing to try whatever. Also need help with fats i need to get in.
