as you finish you, let's say, 1 1/2 hr or 2 hrs. work outs, specially when working out the forearms.

I've noticed that lately, that I'm losing the strenght of my grips on both hands, specially after a tough work out, that requires pulling, etc. Also, when doing forearms!
By the end I can hardly hold on to a bar !!!!
