Weaker grip as you....

as you finish you, let's say, 1 1/2 hr or 2 hrs. work outs, specially when working out the forearms.
Has this happened to you guys???? Is this normal?
or is it just me?
I've noticed that lately, that I'm losing the strenght of my grips on both hands, specially after a tough work out, that requires pulling, etc. Also, when doing forearms!
By the end I can hardly hold on to a bar !!!!

Of course your grip is gonna weaken as you workout, especially after the span of 2 hours, what do you think is holding onto the barbells & dumbbells? ^_^ Do some specific grip training to help combat the problem, it should help.
