if you truly need to hydrate from sweating so much I came out with the best hydrating drink that costs barely anything. (water melon juice is going to be too expensive and does not have everything you need to hydrate)
When cutting it is inevitable that you will lose some muscle but if you are getting cut you will actually look bigger. Just drink water for hydration. If you are getting enough protein in each day that will help with muscle preservation.
