Water exercise therapy program questions

List 3 or more special population groups for whom you would use a water exercise therapy program. What types of movement routines would you perform? What types of strength regimes would you instruct? Are there any precautions you would look for prior to exercise?

I'm wondering for those that are personal trainers anyone certified in a water therapy program as well to help those that need it?

I'm not a personal trainer but I would think water based therapy would benefit the following groups the most -
1. Elderly
2. Signifcant Leg/Joint Rehab
3. ??

Why the question?

Why the question?

Just want to know in case I want to get certified in it.

1.)Fibromyalgia
2.)Arthritis
3.)Cerebral Palsy
4.)Muscular Dystrophy

I work in a therapy pool that is heated to ~96 degrees and there are many types of movements that are done. It depends on the condition and person but stretching is done as well as walking. We use ankle weights a lot to do leg exercises. Of course, we have them swim. I'm not sure what other kind of specifics you want but just let me know and I'll try to answer your questions.
