Huh??? I'm stupid I guess and don't get it...

A kind of reverse Shrug???????

How many reps/set? What kind of results did you see? What about you sholder stabalizer muscles (Rhumboids, etc?)

Thanks Bro, peace

Seems as if I could think of about 10 other exercises that would work much better and have a better carry-over to the rest of the back development...

do you not do alot of reverse hypers, good mornings and SLDL's?

shaved down i'd say you maybe could pass for that. ewwwwwww..... LOL.:p :D  :lmao: :worried:

but either way, i care not who it is in the avatar (like i dont know)....just that it doesnt get changed.

You can also do a horizontal shrug

from the bent over row position with

dbells or barbells:D

like BFold said it could carry over better to other movements like rowing, Power Cleans etc.

One of the best exercises you can do to develop the upper back/rear delts/ and traps is the face pull. These are a staple at the westside barbell club, and for a good reason. They will train the upper back/traps/neck etc. like no other lift will. Here is a link with a good description of the exercise. Remember one thing, it is important to keep your shoulder blades retracted throughout the entire movement.
