Hey guys im going to be cutting weight soon and was thinking about the various options to do cardio. I used to do the higher heart cutting until a met a bodybuilder and he told me to do low intensity cardio but increase duration to maintain as much muscle as possible. Iv always been told never do cardio on an empty stomach but if your on a cycle does that even matter? Or do you guys recommened cardio after hiting the weights right away cause your depleted, or drink a protein shake first then cardio? To many options lol, your opinion is much appreicated.
