I'm all about the Venison Jerky, as long as someone else kills it brother! That shit is SOOOO tasty, and chalk-full of protein, with little fat. Venison all tha way. I've tasted Bear once, and the Meat was very tough and gristly. Don't know what kind of Bear though. It was a long time ago.
