hey guys whats up...i am going to try a HIT routine this winter...can you guys recomend any good books or websites that will help me learn more on HIT...i would like to make myself as knowledgeable as possible before i start it...thanks guys
I'm not an H.I.T. advocate, however it does have many good points that I draw upon for my own training. My suggestion is to buy dorian yates book: A Warrior's Path, and get his video too: Blood and Guts that is the best material you could invest in.
Books: I recommend Beyond Brawn by Stuart McRobert and Weight Training Handbooks (I don't remember the exact title) by Stuart McRobert. These are the only two books you'll ever need. A great HIT site is www.cyberpump.com
HIT Training has totally revolutionized my understanding of bodybuilding. I have had my best gains since I started it. Get all books and videos on Mike Mentzers Website. www.mikementzer.com
