I currently do a 3 day work out of Chest/Triceps; Legs/Shoulders; Back/Biceps. I have been considering going on a cycle. What are your recommendations. I currently run maybe twice a week for 3 miles in under 26 minutes. I have used Xenadrine before or Hydroxycut, but they suck. I want to gain more lean muscle mass and try and get more cut. Any thoughts? Thanks
