Usage for a 3 day workout

I currently do a 3 day work out of Chest/Triceps; Legs/Shoulders; Back/Biceps. I have been considering going on a cycle. What are your recommendations. I currently run maybe twice a week for 3 miles in under 26 minutes. I have used Xenadrine before or Hydroxycut, but they suck. I want to gain more lean muscle mass and try and get more cut. Any thoughts? Thanks

I would work one muscle group a day 5 days a week, but that's just my .02.
Try this and monitor your diet, protein, etc. without going straight to AAS.
 
About how much protein should I take in and what about fats and carbs. I am not planning to go striaght into AAS and if I split to 5 days a week how many set/reps and what muscle groups
