Upright rows, and hitting your chin

does anyone else do this??? ive heard it can fuck up your chin over time, has this happened to anyone??

lately i have been avoiding my chin, but i feel i expand more energy and get less reps trying to go right before my chin i also lose more balence doing it that why,it really takes away from my workouts. I dont mean hit it every rep,but maybe 1 out of every 3 reps u know, any feedback would be great, thanks, late

Your chin should be the least of your worries. Upright rows wreak havoc on one's shoulders.

Want to train your back? Bent over rows or chinups

Want to train your traps? Shrugs

Upright rows are on my list of evils right below smith machine squats and behind-the-neck presses.

LOL!!
Warik systematically and anatomically destroyed the validity of the Smith Machine squat sometime ago. A good post if I remember right.
