I have been controlling down to the gm what I eat and when for 6 weeks now and it finally caught up with me. I was so carb deprived, that yesterday night I started carbing up (good carbs) and for dinner tonight I had more carbs (starch potatos) and a regular tortilla, lot's o fat too. I figured two meals to get a reset going. I think it worked, cause I am feeling a lot better now and I know that it couldn't have been my bi-weekly injections cause they don't kick in 20 minutes after!
