Session:
Week 7, Tuesday + Quads, Hamstrings & Calves
Movements as attached. Things felt good throughout the workout with another strength increase across the main lifts. Quad pump was really good and came on quickly. Energy was steady from start to finish, with nutrition and timing prior to training continuing to support performance well.
Cardio:
15 minutes walking at lunch.
Nutrition & Supps:
Meals up to dinner are attached. Supplementation remains unchanged. Digestion remains in a good space.
Recovery:
7 hours and 16 minutes sleep last night with good quality. Came into the workout feeling fresh. Calves remain tight but body work is booked for later in the week.
