Is this even possible according to the laws of physics? I don't think anything you do is going to lessen the work on the legs..... (though I may be wrong, it is getting late in the day over here...)

Now that I think about it you're right, even if you push up you're legs still have to lift that weight. I'll probably give it a try next workout see how it feels and if it helps at all
