Hey I'm 22, 6"1 226 lb. unsure of my bf. in high school I was 300+ and slowly started to adjust my eating habits and progressed from there, 4 years later I'm here kind of hitting a wall... I work out 6 days a week mixing cardio and light weightlifting every day, I'm on a tight budget as far as diet goes so any advice on how to loose another 15-20 lbs would be greatly appreciated! My current diet consists of fruit and granola for breakfast, fruit to snack on at work, 6 inch subs for lunch no mayo no cheese, and Salads or light dinners most of the time... I'm open to diet and workout advice... Anything lol I'm trying to turn this into a lifestyle
