tricep problems

i am a newbie and i was wondering is the tricep supposed to extend all the way from the shoulder to the elbow. i have a really large upper tricep then a few inches from the elbow it just shrinks to nothing. i was wondering if this is caused by my training and what exrcises will make it fuller or if it is a genetic thing. my tricep training consists of dips, tricep press downs, and tricpe kick backs, i also do bench presss and incline press so it gets hit there to. thanks for any info you can give me. :fro:
 
This is a result of genetics.

All you have to do is train hard to enlarge the triceps. YOu cannot alter the shape, but you can make them larger.
 
hey thanks i am glad to hear that training more is no problem. do those exrcises seem like enough or you recommend some others, and waht are jm presses:fro:
 
there are 3 heads on the tris and i do really like tate (elbows out extension) presses and jm presses for that area by the elbow. my tri's are one of my few good body parts as a result of following wsb for roughy a year. however if you are a (competitive) body builder you may want to not build up this head as it may lessen the illusion of your massive arms or atleast thats what louie simmons was sayin on the wsb seminar tapes.
