How did the drag curls treat you bro?


On your shoulder days bro instead of alot of pre workout stretching (which can actually be a bad thing) you might want to try 10-15 min of 120-130bpm cardio to fill your muscles with blood. Then arm circles in both directions with 5 lb plates. Then a rotator rehab type movement for like 3-4 sets of 15 with 10 lb plates(Rotator Cuff Exercises for Weightlifters - YouTube)
the first movement he does and also at around 1:25(without the funky bar thing)
I do this on shoulder/back/chest day. Everything shoulder related will be full of blood and have a slight pump and be ready to pound iron. Then do your stretching post workout.

Thank you brother. Unfortunatley I learned all this the hard way and am constantly getting prolotherapy, shoulder PT, ect ect... GHRH, TB500, ect trying to fix all the shit I fucked up.

Shoulders, chest, back...... doesnt matter...... rotator cuff tendon and rotator muscle "PREhab" is the best solution. It adds a half hour onto your gym time but its well worth it.

EDIT: Here is the link I was looking for origionally. This is the best video I have found on this shit. Pick and choose different shit and do what you like. But it will have the proper(that i meant) way to do the rotator thing I told you to do at 1:25 in the other vid.

the drag curls absolutely obliterated mr arms haha.. felt awesome.. i could feel them getting tight and bulging it was insane.
also thanks for the shoulder advice bro really seems useful!!!
also up another 2lbs haha... im kind of weary of how my gear is soo legit haha
